We are proud to offer clean and spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes for rent in Dalton, Georgia. Our apartment homes were designed with your comfort in mind. Each rental home features a private entrance, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with dishwasher, disposal and pantry, plank, ceramic tile, and neutral carpet flooring, and a private balcony or patio.

If you’re looking for a style upgrade, you’ve found it at Parkview Apartments! We are currently undergoing interior renovations on select apartment homes, to include new cabinetry, countertops, stainless appliances, designer paint and finishes, and beautiful wood-inspired flooring. Contact our office to learn more about how you can call one of our beautiful, newly renovated apartment homes yours!

We love pets too.

Pet Policy:

Pets are family too! We welcome pets in our community. We have a limit of 2 pets per home and canine breed restrictions apply.
Non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.
We are unable to allow the following aggressive dog breeds in the community, including: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
